Finalist Travel Information

The below Travel Information Form should be completed with Finalist travel information only no later than June 30, 2019. Family Program participants need not provide their travel information, other than as it relates to the Finalist's travel plans collected below.

Having accurate information about Finalists' arrival and departure plans is critical to the Series' planning; Finalists who do not complete the Travel Information Form on or before June 30 may be removed from the program.
